AbstractSelf-love is the key to a fulfilled, meaningful life and is paramount to creating peace and love where you are. It is only when you have fully embraced self-love that you have developed a clear and flexible plan for your future. The methods used in this study are based on the seven stages of the magical module, closely intertwined with a therapeutic approach. Comprising self-love and therapeutic skill, the methodology was applied to 30 clients aged between six and sixty. Participants in the study came from a variety of backgrounds and faced a range of diverse issues. The research consisted of 50 questionnaires, containing 11 questions each and further observation via social media. The results were overwhelming and at first glance indicated that all the participants were both unhappy and lacking self-love. Further analysis of the results revealed that individuals were in survival mode for universal and passionate love, which create the foundations for further issues such as suicide, crime, abuse and loneliness. These in turn become a driving force behind destructive and harmful behaviours such as materialism, casual sex simply for the excitement without loving commitment, drug consumption or a failure to achieve childhood goals and visions. A number of clients with whom I worked very closely with, developed a holistic approach, which was based on the magical module. These individuals developed a depth of self-love over time, which has transformed their view of both themselves and their life, making way for inner harmony, peace and love. They then possessed the ability to reflect these new found feelings to the outside and into their reality.The ultimate purpose of this book is to present you with all the tools and inner resources needed to turn your life around and to help you discover the pure love which you have subconsciously been searching for, but for so long have been unable to understand or achieve. This is undeniably the book of life, come to life. I will provide insight into how to heal yourself from the past, how to be in the present and how to create the future you desire.Anyone who is interested can follow this approach, and I will suggest that any psychologist would be better equipped if they too had knowledge of this approach Likewise, social services, charity organizations, education institutes, mental health institutes, hospitals and healthcare professionals, as well as scientists would benefit from knowing and developing these skills. Refection on this literature review has identified the need for a practical working framework, by which spirituality and its practice can be explored and implemented in an all-encompassing, universal manner. Careful consideration of individual case studies will demonstrate the application of the approach and the degree of its effectiveness.
